Black Bear Inn & Suites Gatlinburg

I spend 3 nights in Gatlinburg lovely. All of the staff members were polite and welcoming. The room was cheap like on window, I loved it.

Fairly clean hotel with perfect views, we think it's a nice base for staying in Gatlinburg.

It was as expected, had a really really nice stay at this hotel. I liked the room with balcony, my bed was extremely comfy.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with perfect view of mountain. Pleasant employees are with the manager.

Everything was good, this hotel had cheap rooms and its breakfast was sensational. The personnel was superbly friendly and pleasant. Its location was central, walking distance to Marketplace. We had a very nice time.

the hotel is upgraded and fairly clean, i liked its wonderful staff and location. there's nice pool and good parking. found in the very nice area near to park entrance as well as shops.

It made my trip to Gatlinburg an awesome experience. I booked a room with a soft bed, separate lounge, nice sheets and tea/coffee. Cool reception. The location was cool, in a stunning area.

Courteous staff, comfy bed, good hot breakfast. Everything was perfect as expected, though the bathroom was dirty. I found good The Park Grill restaurant within a walking distance of the hotel. I had the brunch there.

Great breakfast, historic location, neat place overall. Booked a room with fabulous views. Exceptional service throughout too.

Brand-new hotel, I had a really lovely stay.

The hotel was fairly clean and the room was brand-new. The rooms were with balcony, we loved it. Property's food was excellent and there is Howard's Steakhouse close by.

There were great staff and location. Lots of supplies in the room: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and ironing facilities. Comfortable bed and an amazing view.

It was an exceptional stay, I will be back. Enjoyable location, the restaurant was lovely and the service was efficient. My bathroom was large. The poolside bar was cozy and the drinks were refreshing.

Covered pool, absolutely fabulous views, extremely friendly staff. Very comfy bed, exceptionally comfortable and wonderful room. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk or so. Overall a relaxing experience, recommend this hotel to friends.

Universal hotel in a lively area, the staff were wonderfully helpful. And it also had magnificent view. All in all everything was nice, even so we had extremely small bathroom. We loved good restaurant. The location of the property was central.

Helpful staff, always clean separate bedrooms. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was covered. We tried to use free wifi throughout the property.

The stay was wonderful! Quite clean and very modern place and the breakfast was especially nice. Throughout the day staff were well-trained. The bed was so so comfy, the room was perfect and pretty big. I had access to very convenient parking, heated pool.

Central location, just a short stroll away from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. In the restaurant they served German cuisine dishes. An outstanding stay.

One could dine at restaurants such as The Peddler Steakhouse 5 minutes away. We would be happy to recommend, to anyone staying in Gatlinburg.

The HOTeln was situated next to some of tourist sites and within 15 minutes on foot from smoky mountain. Location is convenient.

Only a short distance to the restaurant Smoky Mountain Brewery. Excellent place for a city break in Gatlinburg...
